PRODUCTION COORDINATOR

As the show's Production Coordinator, I was deeply involved in creating the event from start to finish. From selecting talent and setting the show’s creative direction to managing marketing efforts, I contributed to all creative aspects of the production. Additionally, I had the unique opportunity to work with high-profile celebrity judges, including Dave Grohl, which required maintaining strict secrecy throughout the planning process. This experience taught me how to navigate high-level confidentiality while ensuring smooth event execution. This role also strengthened my skills in planning ahead, working diligently with diverse teams, and maintaining clear and consistent communication with everyone involved.

STAGE CREW MEMBER 

During a previous Spring Sing, I gained hands-on production experience as a Stage Crew Member, learning how events operate behind the scenes. I worked directly with talent, including notable names such as Jeremy Renner, Merlyn Woods, and Oscar Nuñez. My responsibilities included guiding performers to their judging tables and ensuring backstage operations ran smoothly.

This role required adaptability; for instance, I stepped in to spotlight a performance when unforeseen lighting issues arose. Through this experience, I developed both technical skills behind the stage and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
